The Tangra Project is a restaurant in Delhi, India, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Kolkata’s Tangra neighborhood, India’s historic Chinatown and the birthplace of Indo-Chinese cuisine. Co-founded by Chef Vikramjit Roy, the restaurant brings together Bengali, Chinese, Anglo-Indian, and Mughlai influences through a nostalgic yet contemporary dining experience.
