SHERDS is an upcoming platform focused on making hiring more inclusive by design. By taking a gender-neutral approach, it reduces unconscious bias and actively supports better representation particularly helping more women access leadership opportunities.

I’ve been involved in shaping the product from an early stage conducting research, running user interviews, and identifying key friction points in current hiring systems. These insights are now being translated into an MVP that prioritises clarity, fairness, and usability.
From defining user journeys to designing interfaces, my work focuses on creating a seamless experience that not only functions well but also challenges traditional hiring norms.
